When we arrived on site ADS already had control of the situation

Late one evening I received a call from our managing agents to say there had been a fire in the kitchen of the apartment we own and rent. The agents had already contacted ADS to attend as the flat below had also been affected by water from the Fire Brigades hoses. When we arrived on site ADS already had control of the situation, the area was cordoned off, they had made the eclectics, gas and water safe and provided temporary lighting. Their knowledge and experience of such traumatic situations was outstanding. Within 3 weeks from the fire ADS had rebuilt flats affected and we were able to get our tenant back into their home, and our investment back!
