Their first action was to ensure our safety

On return from a three-week Holiday we opened our front door to be confronted with a total scene of devastation. There had been a flash flood whilst way which had backed up via my downstairs WC, the carpets were saturated and mould had started to form on the walls and ceilings and the smell was horrendous. On return from a three-week Holiday we opened our front door to be confronted with a total scene of devastation.
